Ahmed Al-Ruwaidi to Qatari media: A grim fate awaits Al-Aqsa, and killings are possible

The situation in Palestine has been a longstanding issue that has seen an escalation in violence in recent years. The current Israeli government, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, has been accused of adopting policies that are aimed at eradicating the Palestinian people from their land. The Palestinians are preoccupied with more than the issue of storming the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and performing religious rituals on the occasion of the Jewish holidays. Fears have recently been strengthened that the first two qiblahs will be targeted, and attempts to displace Palestinians in the areas of Al-Khan Al-Ahmar, Sheikh Jarrah and Al-Bustan neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem.

Palestinians are living in a constant state of fear, as they wake up each day to the news of bloodshed, arrests, and crimes committed against them. The current Israeli government has been accused of carrying a fascist program regarding the future of the Palestinian national project as a whole. The situation in Palestine remains unstable, and it seems like the current Ramadan did not find an outlet for it in the inflamed atmosphere, while the Israeli killing machine continues to hold the breath of observers.

Ahmed Al-Ruwaidi, the Palestinian Presidency’s advisor for Jerusalem affairs, has expressed concern that the area of Israeli crime will expand on the Palestinian land. What is happening in Jerusalem and the cities of the West Bank is oppression and terror, which is only the beginning of this outlawed government. There is a fear that the occupation authorities aim to prevent the demographic growth of Jerusalemites. More than 16,000 Jerusalemite families have had their residency revoked in the city of Jerusalem, and there are more than 22,000 homes threatened with demolition. The occupation authorities continue to withdraw identity cards from the people of Jerusalem.

The situation in Jerusalem is a forced displacement of the population, and an attempt to reduce their presence. The occupation government encourages herds of settlers to persist in killing the Palestinian people and harassing them in a desperate attempt to force them to leave and replace them with settlers. This is the largest ethnic cleansing operation in contemporary history. These practices and violations will not succeed as long as the Palestinian people resist this criminality with all their steadfastness over their land, and adherence to their homeland.

The occupation authorities violate the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning and evening, and are keen to have this with the participation of Israeli ministers and officials to encourage an increase in the number of extremist settlers, as part of its plans to impose Israeli control over the first two qiblahs. A grim fate awaits the second of the two mosques and the third of the Two Holy Mosques unless the Arab and Islamic nation moves to protect it from the ambitions of the occupiers.

In conclusion, the current situation in Palestine is grave and requires urgent attention from the international community. The Palestinian people are living in a constant state of fear, with the Israeli government adopting policies aimed at eradicating them from their land. The situation in Jerusalem and the cities of the West Bank is oppression and terror, which is only the beginning of this outlawed government. The international community should come together to ensure that the Palestinian people are protected and their rights are upheld.
