On April 16, at 9:36 am, China successfully launched the Fengyun-3 07 satellite into space using a Long March 4B carrier rocket at the Chaochuan Satellite Launch Center. The satellite entered the predetermined orbit smoothly, and the launch mission was a complete success.
Fengyun-3 07 satellite mainly provides better services in the fields of weather forecasting, disaster prevention and mitigation, climate change response and ecological civilization construction. The mission is the 471st flight of the Long March series of launch vehicles.
