In the Kirov region, the process of reducing the total number of management companies operating in the housing maintenance market is actively underway. To date, 198 organizations carry out authorized activities.
Their work in the first three months of this year was monitored by the Regional State Housing Inspectorate. She identified 35 legal entities that seriously violated licensing requirements. For this, they will be deprived of the right to manage apartment buildings until June 1, 2023.
They could be joined by 4 other companies, whose cases are currently being examined in court.
As a result, 159 managing organizations will remain in the region and monitoring of their work will continue.
63 legal persons have confirmed their right to housing maintenance this year. Licenses were issued to them for five years.
