Moreover, tomatoes also topped the list of most expensive products last month. Then they added 13% price. It is reported by Kaliningradstat.

The second place in the list of food products, the price of which increased, was occupied by chicken eggs. Their cost for the month increased by 5.58%. In third place are various cheeses, on average, the price of which increased by 4.35%.

Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kaliningrad reported that almost half of all potatoes produced in the Kaliningrad region grow on private family farms. 43.9% of all potatoes in the region grow on private farms.
