A history textbook with a section on the special military operation in Ukraine will be ready for the start of the school year. High school students will receive them first. Books for them will go to Russian schools as early as September 1, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Tatyana Vasilyeva told RIA Novosti.
Textbooks are being created, Vasilyeva said. First of all, these are history textbooks for grades 10-11.
Earlier, the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov also reported that at the beginning of the school year a corresponding textbook will be prepared for high school students. According to him, educational institutions will have time to switch to new history textbooks. Schools will be able to work according to the old manual for a certain period of time.
Rosobrnadzor announced that assignments on the history of the SVO will appear in the exam. This will happen once all schools in the country have received the necessary textbooks.
It is expected that history textbooks for grades 10-11 with a section on the special operation will be tested this school year. They will be massively used in schools from 2024-2025. New benefits must disclose the reasons for the onset of SVR.
