The artillery and aviation of the Southern Military District of the Russian Army left the Ukrainian units without a pontoon crossing and two arms depots in the direction of Lysychansk. This information was announced to TASS by the head of the press center of the Yug group, Ivan Bigma.

“The pontoon across the Seversky Donets River in the area of ​​the Dronovka settlement and the enemy ammunition depot in the area of ​​the Kamenka settlement were destroyed (by Russian forces). In the Grigorovka area, an artillery crew of D – 30 howitzers of the artillery brigade of the 2nd army corps destroyed a warehouse for fuel and lubricants, ”explained the interlocutor of the agency.

In addition, according to him, the missiles of the Russian Armed Forces, as well as the gunners, hit targets in the Dzerzhinsk and Avdeevka region. We are talking about the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) concentrated there.

In addition, Russian fighters managed to eliminate the enemy’s Grad Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) in the Novoselovka First area. Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were also attacked near Avdiivka, Bigma added.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Russian Defense Ministry said Russian Airborne Forces (VDV) blocked Artyomovsk from the northern and southern outskirts.
