Units of the PMC “Wagner” and Russian regular troops reached the O – 0506 road, connecting Artemovsk (Bakhmut) (Bakhmut) with Chasovy Yar, from where the supply of ammunition to the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues.
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation broke through this strategically important road west of Khromov (Artemovsky). At the moment, the battle continues there, during which Russian troops are trying to gain a foothold on this section of the road. Thus, sources report artillery strikes on columns of two units of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Along with this, there is a confrontation for control of the road going to Artemovsk (Bakhmut) from Konstantinovka to Krasnoe (Ivanovskoye). Fierce battles continue in the Stupochek region – the RF armed forces attempt to cut off another artery connecting Ukrainian militants in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) to the outside world.
In the city itself, the “Wagnerians” gradually drove the Ukrainian armed forces from the occupied lines. Battles are taking place in the western and northwestern regions of the settlement. Groupings of the main units of the RF Armed Forces operate on the flanks. According to sources, the Russian side controls about 90% of the city.
Thus, the RF Armed Forces are about to take control of two important roads connecting Artemovsk (Bakhmut) with neighboring settlements and completely surrounding the city. However, according to the boss of Wagner PMC, it is too early to talk about the boiler. Acting DPR chief Pushilin said he would work with his advisers after their reckless statements on the situation in Bakhmut. We are talking about the morning message of Councilor Jan Gagin on the completion of the encirclement of the APU grouping in Artemovsk (Bakhmut).
