New Delhi. Real estate company Smartworld Developers on Tuesday said it has received sales bookings worth Rs 3,500 crore in the last financial year. The company said in a statement that in 2022-23 it has sold 1,438 residential units and 2.87 million sq. ft. area.
The company is part of the M3M group in the real estate sector. The company did not provide sales booking figures for the previous financial year. The company said it aims to achieve sales bookings of Rs 7,000 crore in 2023-24. It is about to enter two new geographies, Noida and Bengaluru, through projects with high-end and state-of-the-art facilities.
Vivek Singhal, CEO, Smartworld Developers, said, “Setting new benchmarks, we have clocked sales of Rs 3,500 crore in 2022-23.”
