Today, Wednesday, divers from the Naval Fire Department and the General Administration of the Coast Guard in Kuwait rescued a woman in her second decade of life from certain death, after she threw herself from the top of the Jaber Bridge, attempting suicide.
Two newspapers reported quoting the Public Relations and Media Department of the Fire Force, said that the Operations Department received a report this morning that a girl had thrown herself from the top of the Jaber Bridge, so the boats of the Shuwaikh Marine Fire Station and Shuwaikh Industrial Center were directed to the site of the report.
The girl was found in a healthy condition, and was recovered by marine fire divers in cooperation and coordination with Coast Guard divers. The statement indicated that the marine firefighters handed the girl over to emergency medical technicians, where she was transferred to the hospital for treatment. In a second accident, the Marine Fire Department rescued two citizens after their motorbike, which they were riding for a walk, sank.
In the details of the second accident, the Information Department said that the Fire and Marine Rescue Department personnel were able this afternoon to rescue two people whose jet-ski had drowned in the sea near Oha Island.
