Low floor buses became a problem, travel in dilemma not convenience……..!

April 27, 2023

Jaipur. For the convenience of the city dwellers, services of low floor buses were started in Jaipur. But now its face has become so ugly that the residents of the city have started repenting. If the displeasure of the residents of the city is considered, then a big novel can be written. But the most deplorable thing is that the condition of these buses is very bad. Their engines start halfing only after a short journey. When and at what time the bus breaks down. The sword of breakdown always hangs over the heads of the passengers. The condition has reached such an extent that the residents of the city have started shying away from their service. A patient of asthma or asthma cannot sit in it. Even a healthy passenger remains at risk of lungs. Black smoke coming out of the engine fills the inside of the bus. More seriously, these buses are not a good sign for the environment of Jaipur. Contract employees are running these buses. Due to lack of experience, road accidents have become a common thing. Watch this scene related to Khatara buses……..!

It is morning time in the trauma of SMS. Two youths lost their legs in the repairing room there. Listen to the reason too……..! Were going for some work. Chand Pol was hit outside by a law floor bus. The motorcycle had to ring. Two friends riding on it were hit. Narrated the agony of an old man, was going to meet a friend from his residence in Shastri Nagar. Boarded the battery rickshaw for safety. Within a short distance, his instrument passed away. The bus hit the law floor. Apart from him, there were four more passengers in the battery rickshaw. Whose treatment is going on in the trauma hospital. Sirius is an old man. He is on ventilator in ICU. Rods have been inserted in the hands and feet of the three rides. No one knows how long the treatment will last. The second scene is of the Ajmeri Gate bus stand in front of the memorial. It’s evening time. A crowd of more than a hundred passengers has gathered on the footpath of the city bus stand. Three low floor buses are lined up one after the other. The condition is so bad that there is no place to step inside the bus. The driver and conductor are missing from the seat.

Two girls are also trapped at the entrance of the bus. Bad condition of sweating. Four five ladies are also present here. Bag in hand. A two-year-old child in another woman’s lap, in a miserable condition, is crying because of the heat and the crowd. Two elders are upset. Tried many times, but could not get on the bus, failed. The crowd pushed out. It was a matter of gratitude that he did not fall. Otherwise, you would have broken your hands and legs. Deluxe city bus is also standing at a distance of ten feet from this bus. As its fare is double as compared to the normal bus, its conductor is calling out to the passengers. Next are the buses of Sanganer and Pratap Nagar. The crowd, father, father. Death is acceptable, but traveling in the bus is not at all. Dhakkam pel is going on among the passengers in the coming buses. Before the bus leaves, a mini bus coming from Amer side threatens to come. People are full like animals. There is no place to even breathe. Come on Front Back. There is space for four to five passengers. You also have to take the SMS ride ahead. The driver presses the accelerator. Just jerks. Only then an old man of eighty years falls down. Passengers start making noise. The old man tells that he has to go to Pratap Nagar. But don’t know where this bus is going to take you.

Whatever is said on transportation in Jaipur is less. The truth is that oiling of this system is necessary. It should be noted that on one hand the population of the capital has increased from 40 lakhs to 55 lakhs, on the other hand the number of low floor buses has decreased from 400 to 300. Now there is hue and cry over the news that the fleet of 100 buses has been off the road since last April. Sixty thousand people of the city have been affected due to breakdown of buses. It is said that the vandalized buses were bought in 2013. When the Congress government came to power in December 2019, 408 public transport buses were running. There was no entry of new buses during the four years tenure of the government. Now in March 2023, 208 buses will be left. In these circumstances, private bus operators have to become an umbrella rule. Rent will increase at will. Which is sure to have a direct impact on the middle class. On the other hand, the whereabouts of the file for the purchase of 100 electric buses to be included in the fleet of JCTSL is not known. In the board meeting of JCTSL held a few months back, a proposal to buy one thousand buses was passed. In this, 100 electric buses were to be on route. For this, the JCTASL management had started the file three months back. The operation of the buses is to be taken on the basis of the operating model and the pattern and source of funding provided by the government.

There are plans to induct 300 new buses in 2024 and the remaining 400 in 2025. Connectivity will be affected for Bagru, Chaksu, Bassi, Kukus, Goner and Patrakar Colony. Ha ha car macha hua hai. No one is ready to listen to the pain of the public.
