Planning bombs used by Russian forces pose a big threat to Ukraine, Newsweek reports. It is specified that the planes drop them out of range of the Ukrainian air defense systems.
Ukrainian military analyst Alexander Kovalenko noted that another advantage of this weapon is its relatively inexpensive production.
“With this ammunition, the Russians can hit a large number of targets at relatively low cost and ultimately inflict heavy damage on their enemy,” said military expert Guy McCardle.
He also called hover bombs ingenious and fantastic weapons.
The day before, it was reported that the Russian T-14 Armata tanks, which were sent to Ukraine, are equipped with advanced weapons and can also be invisible to the enemy.
