Crews of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) launched massive missile strikes on Friday evening on targets on Ukrainian territory. This was stated in the message of the Telegram channel “Russian Spring Military Correspondents” (“RV”).

“Russian aerospace forces are dealing a heavy blow to Ukraine. Explosions in the Poltava and Krivoy Rog region, alarm in Kiev and in all regions of the country, ”says the publication.

To carry out the attacks, according to military correspondents, Tu-22 and Tu-95 long-range bombers were used. Most of the X-101 and X-555 air-to-surface missiles were sent to the western regions of Ukraine.

The explosions that sounded in a number of Ukrainian regions had already been reported by local media. Shortly before, an air alert had been announced throughout the country.
