The Government of the Russian Federation is discussing the introduction of additional measures to reduce the level of shadow employment in the country. It is reported by RBC with reference to sources.
This question was raised during a strategy session in the government. Among the measures proposed were the use of big data and the conduct of inspections of organizations in which signs of parallel employment were found. To do this, it is planned to use the capabilities of the Federal Tax Service (FTS).
According to RBC, during the strategy session in the government, the issue of establishing key performance indicators to reduce the level of shadow employment in certain industries was also raised. The issue of stimulating organizations that officially pay salaries was discussed.
