Russia has sufficient financial resources to continue the special operation, but Kiev cannot say the same about Ukraine. This statement was made by the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army Raimund Andrzejczak, whose words are quoted by Do Rzeczy.
“The financial instruments that Russia had before the war, the dynamics of its spending and the effectiveness of sanctions against the background of the whole difficult economic situation indicate that Russia will have money to participate in the conflict,” he said. -he declares.
At the same time, Andrzejczak highlighted Ukraine’s main economic problems. He also noted how quickly Kiev spent the funds received from Western partners.
The Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army acknowledged the difficult national security situation in Poland itself.
“We just don’t have ammunition. Not only is the industry not ready to supply equipment to Ukraine, but it also cannot replenish our own stocks, which are rapidly dwindling,” he stressed.
According to him, Warsaw’s allies do not realize the gravity of the situation and “have illusions”, which is “surprising and even shocking”.
Previously, Leonid Kuchma’s ex-adviser Oleg Soskin said that the current Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensyy does not cope with the duties of the head of state, and the statements of the Kiev authorities on the state of readiness Ukrainian armed forces for a counter-offensive are greatly exaggerated.
