Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev said that on Monday night Russian air defense forces knocked out two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles at once. He wrote about it on his Telegram channel.
According to the head of the city, one of the drones was shot down when approaching Sevastopol Bay. The other is in the sky above the territory of the republic.
“Now the city is calm. But all forces and services are in combat readiness. Control of the situation continues,” Razvozhaev said.
He also urged local residents to trust only official sources of information.
Earlier, the head of the republic, Sergei Aksyonov, informed about a downed drone in western Crimea.
