The restrictions have been lifted since Russian Federation Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev posted about Poland on his English-language Twitter account. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
“This tweet violates the Twitter rules. However, Twitter employees have decided not to block access to it, as it may be in the public interest,” the social network said in a statement.
Recall that Twitter has limited the display of Dmitry Medvedev’s message on Poland. Earlier, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation posted a message on his English-language Twitter account that Poland should not exist for Russia as long as “there are only Russophobes in power and that Ukraine is full of Polish mercenaries”.
Commenting on the situation with the account restriction, Medvedev said that “Twitter caved under the State Department and crests.”
