After the drone attack, two leaves fell from the dome of the Senate Palace in the Kremlin, there was no further damage. This was stated by the Russian President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

“Two sheets covering the dome of the Senate Palace in the Kremlin fell after a drone attack,” he said.

Peskov added that the sheets will be replaced or they have already been replaced. There were no other injuries, he said.

The Kremlin spokesman also said that no special address by President Vladimir Putin in connection with yesterday’s attack on the Kremlin is planned and that the head of state will not convene the Security Council.

On Wednesday evening, two drones attempted to hit Putin’s residence in the Kremlin. They could have been knocked out. Peskov later called the incident an attempt on the president. The head of state’s press service also said that Moscow reserves the right to respond.
