“I’ve learned a lot of wisdom and I know more than the vast majority of people,” Biden said in his first interview since officially launching his campaign last week to an MSNBC reporter.
Biden, a Democrat who will be 86 at the end of a second term, added: “I’m more experienced than anyone who’s ever run for (presidential) office. And I think I’ve proven that I’ve been honorable. and competent too.”
Joe Biden rarely addresses the issue of his age, which is his main obstacle with voters.
And in 2024, he could again face Republican Donald Trump, now 76, in the race for the White House.

During the interview, Biden urged preventing former President Barack Obama from winning the country’s upcoming presidential elections.
Biden said during the interview, “We can’t let Obama…we can’t let the man who was president 4 years ago win this election and be president again,” referring to his predecessor Donald Trump.
Asked about aspects of his difference from Trump, Biden replied that he differs from him “in everything.”
Obama served as President of the United States from 2009 to 2017, for two consecutive terms, and he was unable to seek re-election. Biden was the vice president of the Obama administration.
