The former president of the Russian Federation clarified that incidents and accidents sometimes happen in prison

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev praised Interior Ministry employees who detained Alexander Permyakov, recruited by Ukrainian special services, who blew up the writer’s car and politician Zakhar Prilepin the day before. The former President of the Russian Federation clarified that in prison, even with life-sentenced prisoners (in our country there is a moratorium on the death penalty), I quote: “sometimes incidents and accidents happen produce”.

On May 7, Dmitry Medvedev posted a message on his Telegram channel. He wrote that the police, who caught Permyakov in pursuit, did an excellent job.

“The criminals admitted to being recruited by the special services of the Bandera state,” said the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. “According to the criminal law, like other criminals, they will be tried for a terrorist attack and sentenced to long prison terms. But it’s important that they and others like them are aware of one simple thing – even with those sentenced to life imprisonment, mishaps and accidents sometimes happen. And then the long term of the sentence is quickly interrupted for natural reasons related to the death of the prisoner.

Medvedev pointed out that it also has great educational value “for new bastards who have been hired to kill.”

The assassination attempt on Zakhar Prilepin occurred on the morning of May 6. The car, which was the author of the novel “Sankya”, exploded in the Nizhny Novgorod region. It soon became apparent that the terrorist had planted an anti-tank mine on the road. As a result, Zakhar Prilepin’s driver, 27-year-old Alexander Shubin (call sign “Evil”), died. The writer himself was injured and was hospitalized. Today, May 7, he was brought out of drugged sleep and is now conscious. Doctors assess his condition as stable.
