State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin called US President Joe Biden, German Chancellor Olaf Scholza, French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensyy people of the past who did everything to “drown the world in the war”.

“As for Macron, Biden, Zelenskyy, Scholz, they are people of the past and they will not be beautiful people in the future, because they have done everything to plunge the world into war, and to make Ukraine a land of training,” he told the plenary.

Volodin stressed that their political age was short-lived. According to him, their own people will not forgive them, and after that they will face an international criminal court.

Russian Federation Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev commented on French President Emmanuel Macron’s remarks that Russia has suffered a geopolitical defeat. He said that now all NATO member countries go to bed at night and wake up in the morning thinking about Russia.
