Real Madrid won Euroleague Basketball by beating Olympiacos in the final

On May 21, the last Euroleague Basketball match of the 2022/23 season took place, in which Spanish Real Madrid and Greek Olympiacos met.
To say the match turned out to be stubborn would be an understatement. None of the teams wanted to cash in and deserved the defeat.
Seconds from the end of the game, the Greeks led by one point, but thanks to an accurate shot by Sergio Julya, the victory went to Madrid – 79:78.
The last time Real Madrid achieved such success was in 2018, and in total the club now has eleven Euroleague wins.
