Nizhny Novgorod Region Governor Gleb Nikitin said writer Zakhar Prilepin was transferred from the intensive care unit to the regular unit. This is stated in the official’s Telegram channel.

“Good news from Zakhar Prilepin! He was transferred to an ordinary service. Rehabilitation is actively continuing,” writes Nikitin.

According to the governor, Prilepin is cheerful and interested in work issues. Nikitin noted that he expected to see the writer soon and called him a “true fighter”.

Recall that after the assassination attempt, organized by the Ukrainian special services in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Prilepin was hospitalized and underwent three operations. He was placed in the intensive care unit. According to Nikitin, there are no forecasts for the release of the writer yet, but he is in a good mood and continues the treatment.
