Cyclone Biparjoy has raised alarm bells in other maritime areas of the country including Gujarat and Maharashtra, especially fishermen and tourists have been warned. In fact, every year a few degrees of temperature increases in the sea because the effect of global warming is responsible for increasing the waves of the sea. These days the devastation caused by cyclone Biparjoy in Gujarat and Mumbai is a warning bell not only for India but for the whole world. If the world does not take care, then the heat in the sea will increase in the same way and cyclones will continue to increase the crisis of humanity.
The truth is that rich countries have more responsibility for global warming, but the countries with big economy and resources do not worry as much as the developing countries. Not only this, whenever an agreement is agreed upon in any convention, the rich nations refuse to accept it even after signing it. The result of this audacity is destruction.
The biggest tragedy of the world is that today there is no such organization in the world which can get success in making every country in the world follow the rules made against global warming. The United Nations Organization ie UNO is the biggest responsible for this. UNO talks big, issues advisories and enforces conditions to control global warming, but the first to defy it are the P-5 countries i.e. the same 5 permanent members who have veto power. These five countries are America, Russia, China, Britain and France. These five countries hinder the implementation of all the steps taken by UNO for global warming.
The truth is that UNO has been crippled by these five countries because UNO has to depend on them to do any work for the welfare of the world. The compulsion of UNO has been discussed in detail many times but the permanent members want to keep this world organization weak for their own interests. Surprisingly, last month on May 21, 2023, UNO warned in one of its reports that ‘due to global warming in the next 5 years, the temperature will cross the limit of 105 Celsius degree. El Nino and human-caused and climate change will bring various types of natural disaster, it can see a huge amount of destruction. Surprisingly, in view of the recent symptoms, the United Nations World Meteorological Organization has issued a warning to 200 countries that have signed the Paris Agreement. It is a pity on this warning of UNO’s World Meteorological Organization i.e. WMO. 66 percent itself issues a warning on the apprehension of this danger, but when America refuses to accept the Paris Agreement, it stops speaking. However, if global destruction is not taken care of in time, everyone will have to suffer the consequences of global warming. (sp)
