They are known and loved in every home. The closest and dearest stars to us are TV stars. Their faces and surnames, without exaggeration, are known to many generations of our country. Their shows were followed by whole families during cozy evenings in the kitchen or in the living room. They are all close to us and even to some extent an integral part of our lives – the legends of national television.
Now, at the foot of the Ostankino TV tower in the historical and educational complex “Gallery of Stars”, memorial signs light up in their honor. A new large-scale project “Gallery of Stars”, dedicated to the legends of Soviet and Russian television, launches our channel. A great program cycle, where each episode is a distinct story about the life and creative journey of broadcasters of the last century and today: famous TV announcers and presenters, musicians and politicians.
“Our today’s hero is the legend of Russian television, the voice of the time, Igor Leonidovich Kirillov,” announces the host of the Star Gallery program Oscar Kuchera.
The heroes of the shows were not chosen by chance. The names of some of them – TV journalist Yuri Senkevich, Soviet TV presenter Anna Shilova, announcer and TV presenter Valentina Leontyeva or the famous aunt Valya – and, of course, Igor Kirillov, have already been immortalized in the historical and educational complex of the Ostankino Tower territory.

Talk about those without whom it is difficult to imagine your favorite programs, and television in general – how did they start? What obstacles did you encounter on the way to fame? And what was their fate? This idea was realized by the director of the project “Gallery of Stars” Daria Pimanova.
“It’s such a nostalgic holiday evening -” dash “-. Not only about fate, but also about the times, but also about the music. But of course, above all, people we love very much. C “It’s literally a show, with a completely new approach. It’s a show that has fragments of the documentary genre, and fragments of a musical spectacle, and fragments of, say, such a dramatic comedy. An absolutely new, which, to be honest, we had a lot of trouble developing, ”said Daria Pimanova.
Not only biography facts and memories of colleagues – viewers are waiting for a real time travel. Retro music, dances and chronicles will take you through the years and remind you of what they wore, watched, listened to and dreamed of in any family at a given time. And most importantly – what kind of life the heroes of the program lived.
“I really feel like I’m missing something – do you have a feeling? Can I request a jacket, please, please. But from this! Pants from from there, tie from there, all natural!- says show host Oskar Kuchera.
The symbiosis of the latest television technologies, the mood of the times and exclusive biographical facts – the combination of these factors sets the tone for the entire program. And air guests will help to completely immerse themselves in the atmosphere – to live, feel, cry or laugh. These are the relatives and friends of the heroes of the project, their friends and colleagues, relatives and relatives.
“We didn’t have such a program on any TV channel, and it should have been for a long, long time. I am very happy that Alexey Pimanov had this idea for a long time and finally brought it to life. We must know, remember and, of course, love these people. We still love them, but knowing more about them, without forgetting them, is very important,” says Oskar Kucera.
Multiple screens in the studio – for teleconferences and exclusive shots, for chronicles and nostalgic episodes. Several locations on one stage – for guests, musicians, singers and bands – all this makes the “Gallery of Stars” a truly unique and warm project with a soul. The premiere of the television show will take place this Sunday, June 18 at 7:40 p.m. on the Zvezda television channel.
