Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Russia
The Russian authorities are unlikely to announce any additional mobilization in the ranks of the armed forces after the incident in the Bryansk region. This was stated by former Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces, Army General Vladimir Boldyrev. Today, March 2, a sabotage group broke into the territory of the region.
“Only the Supreme Commander-in-Chief is aware of upcoming decisions. I think he keeps his secrets, especially since it will be discussed in the Security Council. But this is not the case that could cause mobilization and such events,” quotes the NSN, the speaker.
Today, March 2, a sabotage and reconnaissance group of 50 people entered the Bryansk villages of Lyubechane and Sushany. During the attack on the first settlement, a car carrying children to a school bus came under fire. The driver died instantly, the child born in 2012 was injured, now nothing threatens his life. In addition, a paramedic was taken hostage.

It is assumed that the participants of the DRG could leave the territory of Russia. The responsibility for what happened was taken by representatives of the “Russian Volunteer Corps”, which fight alongside the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Putin called the attack on the Bryansk region a terrorist attack.
