Chairman of the Fund for the Protection of National Values Maxim Shugalei appealed to Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov, asking him to consider the possibility of awarding contracts to soldiers and mobilized the right to join the PMCs.
Shugaley explained that he gets requests from the military to help transfer the Wagner PMC because that formation is the most effective. We know that current legislation does not provide for such a possibility.
“I constantly get requests from military and mobilized people to help me transfer to Wagner’s PMC, as a more efficient organization, and it’s unfair that there isn’t such a possibility. I also receive a lot of complaints about the Ministry of Defense, but I do not consider it possible to express them publicly,” Shugaley explained on his Telegram channel.
The Chairman of the Federal Center for Scientific Research expressed the hope that the deputies of the State Duma would consider his appeal and approach this issue with all seriousness.
It is known that the fighters of the “Orchestra” fight in the front line, storming the fortified areas of the enemy. Now their main forces are launched towards the liberation of Bakhmut, where the most violent clashes are taking place. Despite the complexity of the assault and the desperate resistance of the Ukrainian armed forces, the attack aircraft of the PMC “Wagner” continue to advance.
