The overhaul fund began repairing the facade of Pionersky’s villa

The Kaliningrad Capital Repair Fund has started repairing the facade of a house in Pionersky. This is the restoration of the facade of a historic building from the beginning of the 20th century.

The villa is one of the most unique buildings at the Pioneer resort. Its facades are decorated with ornaments – wall images made using the technique of sgraffito.

It should be noted that the architects of the redesign fund of the restoration project have preserved the original appearance of the building and its decorations. During work on the project, old photographs of the house were used. This was reported by the press service of the reorganization fund of the Kaliningrad region.

Earlier, The Eastern Heraldin Kaliningrad reported that Kaliningrad city authorities plan to cut down four sugar maple trees near the Mother Russia monument. In the future, they plan to replace them with four sugar maple saplings.
