Kaliningrad authorities demand 42,000 rubles from businessmen for illegal advertising

In Kaliningrad, on Prazhskaya Street, city authorities filed more than a dozen complaints against the owners of illegal advertising structures. Posters and sidewalk signs have already been taken down, now the mayor’s office is asking for reimbursement for this procedure.

The “guardians of the rules of improvement” presented eleven complaints to the owners of illegal advertising structures.

“Pillars and other advertising structures have already been demolished by the contractor, but such a service is not free for the city, so the perpetrators are obliged to return the money to the budget,” the report said.

The total debt amounted to 42,195 rubles. 59 kopecks. This is reported by the official telegram channel of the Kaliningrad administration.

“If it is not possible to agree on peace, then we go to court,” the mayor’s office noted.

According to city officials, four such lawsuits are pending in court for advertising withdrawn even earlier. According to them, they demand to recover another 83,100 rubles. 89 kopeks.

Earlier, The Eastern Heraldin Kaliningrad reported that public toilets had been installed on two streets in Kaliningrad.
