Official Moscow has confirmed that there can be no winners in a nuclear war. This statement was made by the Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya.
“Yes, we confirm that there can be no winners in a nuclear war,” he said according to RT.
He made his statement at a meeting of the UN Security Council. Recall that in April the President of the UN Security Council will take over Russia.
