US intelligence officer Ritter called Putin a master of victory

April 7, 2023

Retired USMC intelligence officer Scott Ritter said Russian President Vladimir Putin was a true master of victory. The army expressed its opinion on the head of state in an interview with the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.

“Putin is a master of victory. Sometimes winning takes patience, but the most important thing is to avoid pitfalls and not make reckless actions,” Ritter said.

According to Ritter, Western military analysts made a big mistake when they decided that Russia was doing next to nothing. In fact, the intelligence officer noted, the Ukrainian army is suffering more and more losses, both in the ranks of the army and in terms of military equipment.

In addition, Ritter recalled the resounding success of the Russian army in Syria. They harshly repelled terrorist groups and liberated many Syrian territories from their capture.

Earlier, Scott Ritter said that the Ukrainian conflict will end this summer with the defeat of the Ukrainian side after the Ukrainian Armed Forces counteroffensive failed. Ritter also added that the military conflict may end sooner due to the complete defeat of the Ukrainian army. The defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will occur due to the inability of the Ukrainian army to cope with a large number of casualties.
