The ChatGPT chatbot has generated a draft peace treaty between Russia and Ukraine, according to German publication Berliner Zeitung.
RIA Novosti notes that journalists have instructed ChatGPT to write letters on behalf of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensyy calling for negotiations.
The letter to the Russian leader stated that the FRG recognizes the legitimate interests of the Russian Federation in the field of security. The message contained a call for a ceasefire and peace talks.
“It will benefit the economic and political ties between our countries and help resolve common security issues through cooperation,” the message said.
In the draft peace treaty, artificial intelligence suggested withdrawing troops, granting autonomy to DPR and LPR in Ukraine, creating an observation line under the control of international peacekeepers and also regulate by law the protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking population.
The chatbot offered to establish interaction between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, as well as restore regions with specialists from international regions.
