More than 30 flights per day: Aeroflot will fly more often to Sochi in summer

The carrier has increased the frequency of its own flights to Sochi from 12 Russian cities. With the start of the summer season, the airline will start operating more than 30 flights per day.

From June 1, domestic flights to Sochi will be operated with increased frequency. Daily flights will be operated from Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Omsk, Perm, Samara, Ufa and Chelyabinsk.

Up to 20 flights per day will be operated from Moscow. Up to two flights are scheduled daily from St. Petersburg. The airline will operate up to 3 flights per week from Novosibirsk and up to 4 flights from Tyumen.

In addition, Rossiya Airlines, a member of the Aeroflot group, is increasing the frequency of flights to Sochi from St. Petersburg up to 5 flights per day, and to Krasnoyarsk – up to 2 flights per day.

Aeroflot deliberately and systematically develops its own network of routes to popular holiday destinations. Since February 2022, the city of Sochi has become a transportation hub in southern Russia. The annual capacity of Sochi airport exceeds 10 million passengers, and this figure is growing every year. Sochi traditionally attracts travelers with its mild climate and well-developed recreational infrastructure.

The program of domestic flights from the regions of the Russian Federation to the south of the country was launched by the airline in 2021 and continues to be in high demand among passengers. By increasing the frequency of flights, the airline offers passengers more opportunities to travel comfortably on the Black Sea coast. This is especially true during peak summer and holiday seasons.
