Russian actor and director Danila Kozlovsky has filed a lawsuit against Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project, to protect the company’s honor, dignity and reputation. Vitaly Borodin previously called on the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia to organize an investigation of the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation on the fact of a possible violation of the article of the Criminal Code on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Federation from Russia. According to the public figure, Kozlovsky lives in the United States and criticized Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine.
The artist, in turn, said that his child lives in the United States and has not left Russia for a long time, because he regularly plays in the theater and calls for going to protests, because which he was offered to be checked. in the case of extremism, have been taken out of context.
Two weeks ago, the Tverskoy Court in Moscow found People’s Artist of Russia, actor Dmitry Nazarov, guilty in the case of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The court sentenced him to a fine of 50,000 rubles.
