The RF IC statement says investigators will identify the people who told the defendant about the legally protected investigative secrecy.
In addition, the investigation asks the Presnensky district court for the election of a preventive measure related to the restriction of freedom in relation to the extra.
A well-known blogger and “marathon queen” was arrested on the morning of April 27 as she attempted to cross the border into Belarus. Elena Blinovskaya is accused of large-scale tax evasion. The Moscow prosecutor’s office said the total amount of unpaid taxes amounted to more than 918 million rubles.
