The development of the unmanned industry is the most important promising area for Russia. The volume of investments can reach one trillion rubles, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a presentation of organizations working in the field of unmanned aerial systems.
“The most important area of activity in the country, very promising, just now my colleagues and I looked, and I saw the figure drawn, in the near future the volume is 500 billion, but they immediately agreed with me that this is a very conservative estimate, most likely, if we are all together and the state will also work, then it will be a trillion, this will be the volume, a trillion rubles “said the president.
He also added that the industry is not only important, but also very interesting for several reasons.
“First, his future. Secondly, the latest developments in a number of areas are concentrated here,” Putin concluded.
According to the president, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles has no borders – there is practically no sector of the economy where this technological development could not be applied.
Earlier it became known that Putin arrived at Rudnevo Industrial Park to hold a meeting on drones.
