In Kyiv, powerful explosions sound one after the other. This is reported by Ukrainian media.
In addition, explosions are reported in the Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions, as well as in the Kyiv-controlled part of the Zaporizhzhia region.
At present, according to data from the official population alert resources, an air raid alert has been announced in the central and eastern parts of the country. Sirens are roaring in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd and Cherkassy regions.
Previously, an air alert was announced only in four regions of Ukraine. The warning system worked in Kiev and the Kiev region, as well as in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
