Russia reserves the right to retaliate against Ukraine’s attempted strike against the Kremlin.

“The Russian side reserves the right to take retaliatory measures where and when it sees fit,” the statement said.

Meanwhile, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the victory parade in Red Square on May 9 will take place despite an attempted attack from Ukraine.

In addition, it is reported that the Moscow City Hall has banned the launching of drones in the Russian capital. An exception has been created only for drones used by decision of the authorities.
