In the border areas of the Leningrad region, control of the border regime is strengthened. This was reported in the regional borders department of the FSB of Russia. In order to avoid possible misunderstandings, local residents are advised to always carry identification documents with them.
“It is planned to carry out joint activities aimed at preventing violations in the border area,” the agency said in a statement.
We will remind, earlier on the territory of the Leningrad region prohibited the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. A similar restriction applies in St. Petersburg.
Also last Wednesday, the launch of drones was banned in Moscow. The exception concerns drones used by decision of the public authorities.
