A protocol was established for Monetochka* due to the lack of marking of a foreign agent

Singer Monetochka* (Elizaveta Gyrdymova*) was charged with an administrative report for violating the agenda of the foreign agent. Information published on the official portal of ordinary courts in Moscow.

The protocol was established under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production or distribution by a foreign agent of materials without indicating that they were produced by a foreign agent). The penalty is a fine in the amount of 30-50 thousand rubles.

The documents were received by the Basmanny District Court.

Russia’s Ministry of Justice listed Monetochka* on the register of foreign agents on January 20. The department said the singer received support from foreign sources, raised funds to support Ukraine and spoke out against the Russian military operation.

At the end of March, the Khoroshevsky court in Moscow put an end to the procedure relating to an administrative protocol aimed at discrediting the Russian army, drawn up against the head of Nogu Svelo! Maxim Pokrovsky*. Production was stopped due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. Pokrovsky’s lawyer* said that the protocol was drawn up due to a publication made on VKontakte in March 2022.
