– Published on:

Ukrainian troops had not planned to attack Moscow on May 9. The corresponding statement was made by Chairman of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Yusov.

“I think if Ukraine wanted to do something in Moscow on May 9, we would definitely see that effect. More than once, public figures and military-political leaders have stated that our target is military installations. What concerns … the events is of little interest, ”explained Yusov.

The information that the drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to attack Moscow on Victory Day has not been confirmed. This was reported by the Telegram Mash channel.

Mash previously reported that the armed forces used at least three UJ-22 airborne drones to attack Moscow. It was reported that one of the drones was shot down about 175 kilometers from Moscow above the village of Przemysl in the Kaluga region, another drone landed in the territory of the Bitsevsky forest near the Moscow ring road, and the third – in the Lomonosov district.
