Adviser to Acting Head of Donetsk People’s Republic Yan Gagin Says Russian Armed Forces manage to destroy most of the equipment that the West supplies to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, even before it is delivered to the front .
“Our pilots regularly hit not only fortified areas and control centers, but also the very equipment that goes to the front. They hit her both in storage warehouses and in transportation hubs. And most of this equipment does not reach the front,” Gagin told Rossiya 1 TV.
He also noted that a large number of vehicles are still in Romania and Poland at transshipment bases.
The day before, he said that recently the Ukrainian army has used flash shells much more often, shelling the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), including neighborhoods where civilians live.
