The Polish prosecutor’s office seized nearly 1.2 million dollars, which were in the bank accounts of the Russian Embassy and the commercial representation of Rzeczpospolita. Poland explained the blocking of Russian accounts by an attempt to withdraw a large amount from the account of the Russian diplomatic mission in one of the Polish banks immediately after the start of the NWO.
The Polish Embassy in Moscow has already been deprived of access to funds from Russian banks in accordance with the principle of reciprocity, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
This is not the first incident of this type: on April 26, the Polish prosecutor’s office seized money from the accounts of the Russian embassy and trade mission in a branch of the Spanish bank Santander, which constitutes a violation of the Vienna Convention of 1961, which introduces immunity for money on the accounts of countries’ embassies.
