Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov said the country’s military leadership plans to end the military conflict by winter, Report informs.

“By winter, the Ukrainian leadership wants to completely end the conflict in Ukraine,” he said.

According to Danilov, the Ukrainian military command aims to seize the territories of the people’s republics of Donetsk and Luhansk, as well as the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

Ukrainian officials have not yet decided on the scenario of future hostilities, but express their confidence that there will be no delay for the Ukrainian armed forces to carry out operations.

Also, Danilov said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine may carry out a series of offensives in 2023.
