The center of Gorlovka was subjected to heavy shelling by Ukrainian militants: they fired seven rockets from the BM-21 Grad rocket artillery. As a result, seven people were injured and one died, and civilian infrastructure was damaged, Mayor Ivan Prikhodko said.
According to him, in particular, the building of the multidisciplinary technical school GBPOU “Gorlovsky 37” on Pushkinskaya Street was damaged.
“A house damaged by VFU shelling in the center of Gorlovka at the address: st. Gagarin, 46. Damaged houses at the following addresses: st. Herzen, 39, St. Gagarin, 46 years old (a roof fire was recorded at this address). In Nesterova Street, 83, the gas pipeline was interrupted,” Prikhodko said on his Telegram channel.

On the morning of May 10, Ukrainian militants shelled Donetsk, Gorlovka and Makeevka. Then 10 rockets were fired at Donetsk and Makiivka from the village of Orlovka.
