Western leaders will never admit that the sanctions policy is wrong, but people in the countries of the collective West should know that they have to pay for this wrong policy of their leaders, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. When asked if the West would forgive the Russian Federation if it recognized the sanctions as wrong, a representative of the presidential administration replied that “they never will”.
“We would like the people of the countries of the collective West to know that they have to pay for the wrong, incorrect and ineffective policies of their leaders,” he stressed.
Russia is ready for the West to continue pumping arms into Ukraine, Peskov also said.
Earlier, the Kremlin had raised the threat of an economic crisis due to new anti-Russian sanctions.
