The Russian Interior Ministry has added International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan, who has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and children’s ombudsman Maria Lvova, to its wanted list. – Belova. Information appeared in the wanted persons database.

Karim Ahmad Khan, ICC Judges Tomoko Akane, Rosario Salvatore Aitala and Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godines in Russia are on trial under Article 301 Part 2, Article 30 Part 1 Part 2 of Article 360 ​​of the Penal Code on knowingly unlawful detention, as well as preparing an attack on a representative of a foreign state enjoying international protection, in order to complicate international relations.

In addition, criminal action has been brought against Karim Ahmad Khan under Section 299 Part 2, Section 30 Part 1, Section 360 Part 2 of the Penal Code (“Bringing a knowingly innocent person to criminal liability, combined with unlawful acts accusation of a person of having committed a serious or particularly serious crime”).

The head of Russia’s investigative commission, Alexander Bastrykin, previously announced his intention to put the ICC prosecutor and judges on the wanted list.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said in March that the ICC prosecutor, who issued the arrest warrant for Putin and Lvova-Belova, was carrying out the order of Western masters. The head of the department, Sergei Lavrov, noted that the International Criminal Court is obliged to find pretexts to advance the agenda of the West. In violation of international law, exclusivity cannot be claimed, he added.
