Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Putin discussed with the Security Council of the Russian Federation the Kyiv counteroffensive

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council. The meeting was held by videoconference. The head of the Russian Defense Ministry added that the enemy is gathering disparate parts of the battalions – “those forces that could continue to attack”.

According to Shoigu, the enemy tries to clear the damaged equipment from the battlefield. President Putin clarified data received by various departments from Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev.

President Vladimir Putin asked the Minister of Defense if the ministry confirmed these figures.

“Yes, Vladimir Vladimirovich: we confirm. Especially since, fundamentally, these data are data taken from interceptions, from reports of commanders of Ukrainian units, which report medical and irremediable losses, ”said Minister Shoigu.
