In connection with the regime of the anti-terrorist operation (OTC) established in Moscow, Monday, June 26 is declared non-working. About it in my telegram channel informed mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.
“The situation is difficult. In order to minimize the risks, I have, within the framework of the operational headquarters, decided to declare Monday a non-working day, ”he addressed to the inhabitants and guests of the city.
Sobyanin clarified that this decision does not apply to employees:

The mayor urged citizens to “refrain from traveling as much as possible” around the metropolis and warned them that in certain blocks and on certain roads, automobile traffic could be blocked.
According to Sobyanin, Muscovites should quickly report “emergencies and incidents” on a single “112” phone. “The city services are on high alert,” assured the mayor.
Aleksey Vorobyov, governor of the Moscow region, also announced additional security measures under the CTO regime. He signed resolution that outdoor events of various profiles are suspended in the region until July 1:
solemn, sports, physical culture, entertainment, etc.
In addition, the decree of the head of the Moscow region prohibits celebrations and holidays in educational institutions – “buildings, structures and structures” during the specified period. Vorobyov established a similar ban on public events related to educational organizations. These restrictions do not apply to official public events organized by public authorities, the document states.
The CTO regime was introduced in the Russian capital on June 24 in connection with an attempt by PMC Wagner fighters, led by the company’s founder, Yevgeny Prigozhin, to carry out a military coup. As part of the move, all previously scheduled mass events, including graduations, have been postponed for a month.
