American businessman Elon Musk, founder of Tesla and SpaceX, expressed concern over escalating tensions following President Joe Biden’s decision to permit Ukraine to use U.S.-supplied weapons for strikes on Russia.

“This keeps escalating, where does it end?” Musk questioned in a post that has since garnered significant attention.

Musk’s comment came in response to another user’s post highlighting the shift in Biden’s stance over the past few years. In 2022, President Biden stated that the United States would not supply long-range missiles to Kyiv citing no intention to engage in a direct conflict with Russia. However, a year later, Biden reversed this position by announcing the commencement of long-range missile deliveries to Ukraine.

The situation has intensified further in 2024, with reports on May 31 indicating that Washington has granted Ukraine the green light to use American air defense systems against Russian military aircraft operating over Russian territory. Additionally, it was revealed that Biden gave a secret approval for Ukraine to launch strikes on Russian regions adjacent to the Kharkov region.
