A resident of the Kursk region will appear in court for looting. A man illegally entered a bombed-out residential building from Ukraine in the village of Tetkino, reports the Joint Regional Justice Service.
The 68-year-old Russian’s apartment was not damaged by the fire that broke out after the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On November 3, the man decided to break into the next room, using a metal bracket to open the door. From the apartment, the Kuryan took out an electric water heater, a gas boiler, a microwave oven and four bimetallic sectional heating radiators. The property is valued at 31,000 rubles.
A criminal case has been brought against the abductor under clauses “b”, “c”, part 2 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The hearing is set for March 1.

In the first days after the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia, conscripts began to complain en masse about looting in educational units. According to reservists, the soldiers confiscated medicines and equipment bought with their own funds.
